Biography
Chanttell McConduit-Patin, a native New Orleanian, brings up-to-the minute ideas and a depth of experience in residential and commercial real estate services. Her enthusiasm and foresight has quickly established her as a strong team player in the sale of all property. Chanttell has a unique style of selling real estate that gets the job done.
As a licensed real estate agent and Certified Negotiating Specialist, Chanttell thrives on building strategic alliances that allow her to apply her expertise in all markets. Her sales record of 6,000,000 within her first year of sales proves correct her philosophy of providing excellent customer service, asking a lot of questions, and never giving up. Chanttell has a sure talent for providing undivided attention and service.
Having a high entrepreneur spirit Chanttell partnered with Frank Williams, an established veteran, and became co-owner of Parkway Realty in 2007. Parkway Realty has since progressed to a top selling agency with a growing number of agents. Parkway's motto and Chanttell's belief is that Parkway will continue to pursue excellence in real estate for its clients, as well as, for the company itself.
Chanttell attended Southern University at New Orleans and Xavier University. She graduated with honors in Business Education, and is certified in Business and Marketing. She taught for several years at various high schools throughout the Metropolitan area, the University of New Orleans, and Southern University at New Orleans. Chanttell continuously furthers her education in real estate by taking several courses a year and working on designations to insure that she is giving her clients the best and current information.
Professionally, Chanttell is a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, GSREIN MLS, National Association of Realtors, National Association of Real Estate Brokers, and Women's Council of Realtors. She also believes in giving back to the community, and serves on committees within Young Audiences, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, and Maison d'Etiquette teaching etiquette to adolescent children.
